This was a special gift which was made out of wood from an apple tree.  The apple tree was a favorite childhood tree that fell down many years later.  This box was made as a remembrance gift out a piece of wood from that special tree.  The leaf and stem on the apple are cut out of copper.

Apple Box has carved worm in underside of top and carved apple seeds inside box.  Carved in an exotic maple wood.

This is a wedding box.  The rings were carved as interlocking wedding rings and the date of the wedding was carved on the bottom with the couple's initials in a carved heart.

These are wedding boxes symbolizing two halfs of a whole.  The left box is carved with the sun rising, and the box to the right is carved with the moon and  shooting star.
